Club room features include indoor and outdoor seating, a catering kitchen, flexible designer seating for private events and business use, as well as wireless internet connection.

Other amenities will include a fitness center, a personal storage unit for each residence, secure refrigerated storage for grocery or other delivery, and private parking with assigned spaces.

Reservations are currently being taken for homes at The Vega, with pricing from the $400s to $1 million+.
