Progress at The Vega

We’re fortunate that exceptional weather has continued to allow Resolute Building Company to make terrific construction strides at The Vega! This photo illustrates construction in progress on our second floor, while spotlighting our downtown location in the midst of all the best Durham has to offer. We’re excited and we look forward to sharing updates as the construction process progresses.

We’re pleased to announce that 60% of our homes are under contract! If you’re interested in living at Downtown Durham’s premier address, we still have a wide variety of floor plans and pricing available. We’re meeting with prospective homeowners by appointment at our Sales Center, located at 404 Hunt Street, as well as via FaceTime and Zoom.
